I am not advocating going to Spain WITHOUT insurance BUT we have been to Costa del Sol many times and we did not have insurance. I remember Gills husband Stephen, when they went to France, saying that he was not going to break out in a severe case of Myeloma. Kev, like Frank knows his own body. We had been looking into going to Tenerife, and we have insurance but last night he said that he just wasn’t up to it. I asked him if he mentioned telling insurance company that he was on strong medication but he couldn’t remember. I do hope you get something sorted, as I don’t know where you are living but here in Belfast it is BALTIC. It would do you both good to get a bit odd sun

Before Frank starts treatment we insured with Columbus and after treatment we took out a yearly policy with All Clear. I hope you can get sorted as we feel Bret when we get away

Sorry Stuart but site mis-behaving again. I posted to Sarah on newcomers. When I posted I went into post to fix errors. Only half post was there and when I clicked on it – it highlighted itself and disappeared. When I reopened it half the post was back. Tried a few times with the same result

Hi Sarah

Frank had his SRCT in Belfast City Hospital in March. He was also told of all the same things not to eat. Just like a pregnant woman’s diet. I was not allowed to bring him packaged sandwich from the hospital shop. The thing he missed the most was farmhouse pate. Like Megan I used bacterial wipes on every surface. I drove my grand daughter mad as I wiped the trolley at the supermarket (actually still do) and everyone who were well that visited him at home had to use antiseptic hand wash. I think that I took it too far as even now I won’t use shop door handles, push lift buttons with my finger etc

Went into a post that I submitted and pressed edit button it brought me into my post but when I clicked to add something the complete post was selected and disappeared. When I closed down and reopened it post was there but couldn’t edit. I posted it yesterday, maybe to much time passed to allow editing
