  • Hi Everyone

I have just been reading The Definite Article a piece in the Mail on Simon Weston.
The question was- The philosophy that underpins your life??
The answer was- Never let anyone write you off-and never write yourself off.

    I thought it a very good answer.Eve

    Hi Chris

Thank you so much for posting,it does give us some in sight, knowing we have to make this big decision ,it is early days for us concerning SCT,just trying to get any information concerning SCT,its almost like having to take a couple of steps backward to advance, with not knowing if it will be worth the effort

Hi Bridgett and all those others kind enough to reply.

Sunshine is great and it´s a real treat just to sit out and rest (although it´s ra…[Read more]

    Hi Phil

Do hope the reduced dose is good for you – I asked on Mnday if they would put me back on a maintenance with a reduced dose but my specialist said that I was "passed that stage now" and says I should just enjoy what level of fitness I have now. Anyway hope all goes well with you and yes, I´m sure that the outside life is helping me…[Read more]

Hi Dai what a bugger!! It is so frustrating when you are relying on results like that and have no control over it!! I hope you can get a result next time and get on that trial. It sounds like your consultant is on the ball and I am sure she will come up with another plan if needed Love to you and Janet Bridget x

As Min has said there are lots of people on here who have had a transplant so you are in the right place to find answers to any queries you may have It isnt a picnic , although some get through it relatively easily but it is well worth doing! Hopefully you will sail through and have a very long remission afterwards Do…[Read more]

    Dai

You are not going to like me for saying this, but in the big picture of things,it does not matter what you would like, because at the end of the day ,Janet will continue to live, how she chooses to do it, it will be a measure of her self being!!!!!,Sorry DAi.

Dai I wish I could give you some sound advice, but the only thing I can think of,is if you reduce your water intake it must have an effect on your kidneys.

It is so wrong that you have to comply to a criteria ,were does that leave people like Slim, nothing shows in bloods or urine,I just know when things are not right, luckly I now have a GP who…[Read more]
