I was told to be very careful and spent the first few weeks adhering to that advice. But with 2 young kiddies, I can't avoid being out and about, so I have to say, I haven't been so careful since. You are getting better by the day you might not notice some days:-/ but you are 😀 as for the Hair bit? well just think of me looking like "Mo Mowlam" after my SCT Lol it gave Family and Friends (and I) a good laugh.
