Hi Gill
So sorry your PN is so bad. Do hope some of the suggestions here help. It's one of the things I dread as I have something similar following nerve damage through one of my hip operations. I find Reflexology helps. Although sometimes a bit painful during the treatment it does seem to get the circulation going. I wonder how Dai got on…[Read more]

Hi Chelle
So sorry you and your husband are having such a hard time. As everyone says, don't give up, these Consultants seem to be able to come up with a plan. If yours doesn't ask for a second opinion.
All very best wishes.

Green shield stamps were amazing when they came out! I still have a few glass plates and a mixing bowl that came from there Mind you the amount you had to spend to get them was astronomical!! My mum smoked Embassy cigarettes and she used to send me up the road to sell the cigarette cards as they did a similiar scheme love Bridget x

Hi Debs just thought do you have any contact with the Macmillan nurses? They are expert in pain relief and so knowledgeable about different types Perhaps you could ask for a referral. I have found minne so helpful in all sorts of ways it might be worth a go for you love Bridget x

Since I stopped 3 months ago, it has been slightly better during periods of intense chemo (during my transplant)…[Read more]

Tom can't remember the stamps but we had Co quarter did you have it? Bought things in Co Op they put it in your book and every three months it had to be paid. My birthday – August fell in Co quarter so that was the excuse for not getting a good present. We always knew when it fell as none of the mums and dads were talking. Its coming back, you…[Read more]
