<p>Not sure if any one can help we&#039;re taking my grandmother on holiday but are struggling to get insurance, we are going to the Dominican republic for 17nights. Along with myeloma granny also has atrial fibrillation and diabetes. Previously I have used insure4all and world first but on this occasion neither company are offering cover.
