Are there any good / better foods (other than a usual healthy diet) I should be having more of? Also my platelet levels need to be boosted following a blood clot after my Hickman line was removed because of leaking.<br />

I have a Dad with a related condition which is a blood cancer &#8211;  Waldenstrom?s macroglobulinaemia &#8211; I was diagnosed with  Myeloma last summer at the age of 48 but haven&#039;t been asked to be involved in any study yet though as a family we suspect there could be.<br />

I wonder if you can offer any thoughts as to whether there may be a link between the various related conditions and MM. My 72 yr old Dad was given a diagnosis of Waldenstrom?s macroglobulinaemia about 6 or 7 years ago and has undergone oral chemo on and off during this time<br />
