									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i just wanted to raise awareness of the ups and downs of dexamethasone. I take 40mg on Friday mornings. By lunchtime I feel I can do anything, I don&#8217;t sleep a wink on Friday nights but once I resigned myself to this I find it is good catching up time for TV, emails etc just keep away from Amazon and ebay!</p>

<p>I have just re-read my posting and I seem to have said the complete opposite to what I meant.<br />
Mr Malloy was brilliant with me.  I meant to say I cannot recommend him highly enough. Continuous back pain is horrible and I&#8217;m sure it is making life difficult for both of you.</p>
<p>Give him a try, he is always very busy though.</p>

<p>diagnosed June 2014.</p>
<p>STC Feb/Mar 2015</p>
<p>Remission until May this year.</p>
<p>Can&#8217;t say I wasn&#8217;t gutted when I found out it was active again but I don&#8217;t have the excruciating back pain I had the first time round (I cannot recommend Mr Sean Malloy at the Royal National Orthpaedic Hospital,Stanmore).</p>

<p>i don&#8217;t want to put a damper on things but I had my STC in Feb &#8217;15 and was in remission until May this year, so 14 months.  I am now on second round of chemo and go to see transplant consultant in July to decide how to proceed.</p>
