It came back when the MM came back last October. I had 2nd SCT and was fine until 6 weeks ago when I had a flare up and was given a mild steroid injection. I recovered in the summer the first time so I was able to get outside and do bits in the garden. <p>Just finished first cycle of Velcade. Bit of PN feel a bit wobbly and weary. Constipation got me down but discovered the miracle of prune juice.</p>

<p>Sorry to hear sorry to hear of all the problems. I relapsed after 6 years and had my first Velcade injection today, How long befor side effects are noticed? I had a really bad reaction to thalidomide last time so hope it&#8217;s not the same.</p>
