The good news is that mum is starting her first cycle of treatment tomorrow – steroid pills for 4 days – which will be followed up by more tests, so fingers crossed she will respond well. Graham, my mum’s symptoms are anaemia, fatigue and regular infections that antibiotics never seem to resolve – but otherwise, at 77 years old, she’s in good health.
