Sad to say that my Dad lost his fight yesterday against Myeloma. He passed away peacefully and we were with him up until an hour and a half before he died – I think he waited for us to go. He was thinking of us right until the end. Feeling numb and drained, but relieved that he is no longer suffering his pain x

Hi all – I hope you can offer some advice.  Would it be ‘normal’ for a patient to have all treatment stopped due to an infection, until 3 weeks time when we see the Consultant?
