Sometimes the pain is like a spasm, but mostly a dull ache when I walk &#8211; but it keeps improving.<br />
I would recommend seeing an exercise physiologist and getting a tailored set of exercises/stretches to strengthen your core and help straighten your back.<br />

God has blessed my treatment and my back pain has improved. My Haematologist contacted me and advised that a recent skeletal survey is showing that the vertebrae fractures have healed.
