Just saw your question so responding very late. I’m two months post SCT and can give some info that might help. 65 year old Male, diagnosed July 2024 and had four months of the four-drug DVTD therapy before the SCT. My partner and I found that quite suddenly I was getting erectile dysfunction. Talking to the doctor, the finger pointed at the Thalidomide they reckoned. Some Sildenafil seemed to solve that problem. The SCT put me quite out of action for six weeks but when we were able to have sex again there seemed to be no problem. Unfortunately just about to start two more months of DVTD but now know more about how to avert problems.
I know that emotions are also involved when we get such a diagnosis, but certainly there can be practical drug-related problems that can often be solved.
