<p>Is anyone else suffering from neutropenia after long term Revlamid use?</p>
<p>I have been on Revlamid maintenance therapy since my SCT 4 years ago. It&#8217;s been great, no sign of the myeloma returning but it&#8217;s beginning to take its toll. A few weeks ago I had to stop treatment due to a very low neutrophil blood count. Although Maureen is right that revlimid has been said to have a tiny chance of increasing the risk of secondary cancer, skin cancer being one of the ones that it is more likely to do this with. <p>my kidney score creatinine 500 I was fine all the time I was on velcade as soon as I stopped the kidneys got worse they cannot explain it so they have put in a fistula dialysis access this has gone wrong and narrowed so they put balloons up the vein yesterday venoplasty full of bruises now<br />

At least your hospital are on the ball last time I had pneumonia at the clinic visit I told them I was struggling to breath they told me to take a few paracetamols in hospital for two weeks after that<br />

symptons to some one in my clinic they had DVT<br />

<p>sorry slim is still unwell did you know there is Velcade 2 a follow on which is supposed to be even better than the first one I have just or three months ago finished velcade didn&#8217;t need platelets at all but had several blood transfusions not been on this site for weeks could not get on every way I tried my son in law did it for me<br />
