Thank you for the info, I walk our dog twice a day, one short walk and one long walk, so do exercise😀. I will check out if there are any yoga/Pilates classes near me😀.

hi having just been newly diagnosed, was wondering if anyone knows if I am supposed to sit in a particular position, i.e. not sitiing with my legs crossed over each other:)! Thank you in advance for any answers.
