I am about 18 months post sct and is my energy levels pre transplant? No they aren't but they are pretty good, not sure if I could go back to my old job (physical work)but just bought a bike to try and lift my levels up (never give up) so will let you know but only been on it three times as yet:-D

Well I also went back to work Light duties after 6 months post stem cell transplant, yep i was tired but no probs with the legs, but have to admit I still get tired but am sure I will have to cope with it 🙂

Your Dad will be treated for his illness whith his other ailments in mind, bearing in mind your Dads Pain there is loads of pain relief that can be given to help its just finding the one that works best with little side effects.

I was in your position when I was diagnosed in July 2009. I gave in to the treatment option in November 2010 but I have to say, I wonder if I gave in too soon. It has been quite hard so if you don't have to do it, don't push for it. They will do it when they think they need to.
