I am not on any treatment I had my SCT in dec 09 but am sure people in the group are on the same as you and will pop in and give you advice.

Good Luck on the CDT I started my CDT in Feb 2009 and had 5 cycles then onto my SCT in December 2009 😀

Now My CDT well I was tired and week lost weight and taste buds were not working 🙁 think I had to go on sick on my end of my 3rd cycle (just too tired) so I will tell you listen to your body when you feel tired sleep and when awake (in the middle of the night) post on here and we will catch it in the morning He he.

Its a rocky road that you are going on but well well worth it in the end 😎

Sorry to read Christine is not too well 🙁

As For me I had CDT for 5 cycles (28 day cycles) then onto stem cell transplant, I also had Zometa for about 2 years post SCT

What treatment is booked for Christine now?? the CDT has finished? as for the Kidneys am not sure if the can heal themselves??

As for me after SCT I had the same as Eva and to be fair I dont like to go too far from the loo after eating 🙁 no pain though am pleased to say.

David is correct MM is an Individual Illness.

What Hospital will Hubby be having his treatment as I find it good if you know someone else is or had treatment in same place.

Well I had same in 2009 and I am in remission (well thats what am told) and have been since before my SCT it was the CDT that put me into remission.
