Gosh what a job they made of the BMB, I have been very Lucky with the Nurses and Dr that did mine, ye I knew I had it but could drive home and even went to work the morning after my first one :-0 yep it hurt but hey ho it has to be done 😀

And gong back to the shaver I had to get one when I had my Transplant so I did not cut myself shaving but to be honest I lost all my hair and didn't need a proper shave for months 😎

You are more than welcome and am pleased Steve is better.

I know how Steve feels liking the beer but it does bloat you up with the treatment and I found Vodka was better for me or the odd bottle 😀 of red workes for me also.

I do my Vodka with Lemonade but only a little bot of lemonade 😀 and a good glas of vodka 😎

Great to read you are More positive again.

As for exersice I love a walk and bought myself a new Bike (i know i spoil myself:-D ) and my Dr said it was Ok as long as I dint do mountain climbing with it lol.

Well as you know I am in remission and only have Zometa every four weeks, but thats not to say I am back to my normal self (even if i knew what normal is/was)

Had SCT in Dec 09 Back to work May 2010 and still working (well clocking on lol)

I had to get some sleepy Tabs to help me to have a half decent nights sleep and even today I will wake up at silly hours of the night/morning, so am not sure what is Now Normal for an MM sufferer :-/ Me I still go on Holiday still go to the pub but its not as often as it used to be (bet my liver is pleased).

All the best and ask Slim if he feels the need to try and have a sleepy Tab every now and then cos sleeping is a great healer 😎

Iam so sorry to hear about David its such a shame to lose some one to this Bloody MM.

Please dont beat yourself up over wether you should or should not have started the treatment as you know David was a fighter and wanted to do his best to beat it.

Aww Bless If its not one thing its another 🙁 Gout is pretty painful or so am told? heres me thinking you could only get gout in your Big Toe :-S yep am a numpty of the first order:-/

Well am pleased that Steve could drink on the combination of drugs and to be honest I never asked if I could :-0 Just thought if I shouldn't then they would have told me he he so it was out with the Vodka and red wine 😎 and here I sit in remission so it dint do me any harm 😎

Sorry to read about your loss of remission (just a temporarily loss am sure)and Dont worry Janet we all know that Dai can do it:-D

If anyone can do it your the man 😎 I know how you feel when you see your consultant looking at the screen and you notice the odd twitching.

Am sure you know I had a successfull sct in December 2009 and am still in remission 😀

But yes I have pain right ribs and Hips bu I have put that down to "Old age" and hard work over the years putting a strain on iccle ole me :-/ and My Dr has confirmed that the MM is not back 😎 and I might be wrong but dont levels go up and down over the months?.

Dai My Condolences to you and Yvonne's family at this sad Time.

I also have seen friends pass away with Cancer that was diagnosed after I was its such a sad time.
