    Hi Carol
Well as you know we all differ, I was a fair few weeks before I felt better(ish) and near on two months before I felt great and looked it, was it ? Is it the old me ?.? Well I have to say no but this new Tom is doing good thus far and I know I can't do what I used/want to do but it's close enough for us.
Stay strong a lot of us have to alter our way of working and playing.

Love Tom onwards and upwards ( but slower he he) xxx

    Hi Denis

Well am from Scunthorpe so you will be too far from me but am sure your working out will be correct am afraid.
You could open a new thread in general like Dai did once Re Where are You, then we could let everyone know where and when.
    Good Luck with it Denis

    Hi Lolly and Steve

Well I got my blue badge and I can walk a lot better than I did when I had SCT, you don't have to tell fibs Steve will need the Blue badge as he won't be able to walk far for a long time and he will be out of breath, go and reapply and as been said tell the, on the form the worst days.

    Good luck

    Hi Deb

Sorry am late in the reply (hangs head in shame)

My Consultant told me its not beneficial to be on them long term and two years post SCT is what the guidelines are.
He has been correct as i am doing pretty good so far and coming up to the end of my fourth year 😀 This next year is the one i want to get through I aim to prove to Dr Jalihal he was wrong its not a Five year Lease I aim to make it a lot longer (might need his help every now and then He he)they say 9 years is the new 5 years so when i get to the 9 years it will have moved up more, so nice and steady does it 😎
