Well don't worry ? It's easer said than done am afraid ?
I have had my treatment in November 2009, am drug free and am on six moth visits, but and it's a big but, when my bloods are taken (4days before I see consultant) I worry I lose sleep and am sure I get tetchy ??
So worry away and we are all worrying with you. All the best am sure you will be fine .

I was born in 1955 (July) was a great year am sure Ha ha, Had my SCT in December 2009, anyone good at maths he he, so I am coming up to Post SCT 4 years this December 😀 and I will be 58 and 5 months young 😎

Am sure we had a thread ? not sure if it was this forum or the old one that you told everyone about yersen ??.

Well Gill this post made me smile and I hope you smiled also thinking of Stephen in the way you used to before he passed on, its good to have thoughts like that and am sure the tears still flow freely, but things like the cutlery will give you strength keep those Good memories going.

Well as for the Tummy ??? mine am sure Elaine will tell you floats up and down like a gas balloon some days its not as "Fat" other days its like being pregnant ? I just put mine down to me and my age as Dr says nothing wrong with me.

Only got them when I had infection (am on them now) there has been talk of putting MM folk on them all the time but I think that has been blown over ?? I haven't read anymore about it??

Garry this is not only to you, this is also for all us that suffer the dreadful Myeloma.

And for those of us that suffer every time we lose "One of our own" I send big hugs and strong cuddle.

And to Garry and Sue's Family and Friends I will say that Sue fought it hard, and was an inspiration to the many that crossed paths Via this forum and Facebook.
Am sure Sue's Family and Friends will gain a lot through the strength and courage that Sue showed and that Her Daughter am sure will grow in strength knowing her Mum helped lots of MM Folk along her travels.
And for that I thank Sue's Mum and you Garry her Brother and not forgetting her Daughter "Thank You for sharing your/our Sue

Sorry you have had to stop the Drugs, I recall that when I was on CTD in 2009 I suffered more chest infections than soft Mick 🙁 but was only in hospital once with a bad chest and high temp but used copious amounts of Anti B's over my 5 cycles :-/

Well I was on the Anti sick Tabs for a few months after SCT consultant said I should do with out them but I insisted on the repeat prescriptions as it was me and not her that was suffering.

If you need them I say use them#

Well welcome 🙂 its a long and at times a hard road this mm road to remission, but its a doable I had my treatment in 2009 CTD then SCT and I sit here in remission and drug free 🙂

Good Luck on your road and don't forget to listen to your body if it hints at rest then rest
