As for PN it is a side effect am afraid I suggest she talks to her Consultant they might reduce the drug dose that she is on and the sooner the better I think.

Long day for you two Dai and Janet 🙁 but it looks like it was worth the wait 😀 albeit am sure it can be done faster, it cant be good sat up in hospital waiting.

Sorry you had to join us 🙁 but a warm welcome you will find in here great bunch of folks 😎

You will find a few blogs on here with people going through or have gone through the SCT, I did not do a Blog wish I had as you soon forget (well I did) the SCT is an uphill struggle at times but its a "Doable" I done mine in December 2009 and I sit her in remission and Drug free.

Am also sorry about your Breast Cancer, my young bride was diagnosed in Jan 2008 with grade three BC had a Lumpectomy and five lymph nodes removed, and Elaine (the young bride) has just finished on Sunday taking the tablet for 5 years back for her Last check up in June.

Aww bless you two, you are having it hard but it will come right its took a bit longer than mine and I was drained so I can only guess how tired frank must be (and you jean) .

Hey am real sorry its came back on you Slim I do feel for you both.
As for feeling Sorry for yourself? well you have every right Eve to feel like that, but am sure you will soon turn round and face it head on and you know you have a few big shoulders on here that is more than willing to help you give that MM a shove.

If you are selling your Motorhome take some photo's and put it on Facebook its worth a go:-)

Well that four weeks has flown by (but not for you two am sure) well doing a few laps is good but the loos bowels ain't too good but to be fair I had that for a couple of months .
Am sure the light at the end f tunnel isn't too far away.

I had a femoral line fitted and I could shower with that, I just eft the drip outside the curtain and wash away or just stand under it when I was too weak to wash proper.

Hope all is soon sorted for you .

Never been one to shy away from "Scary Headings" ha ha.

Yes Dodgy Bones works for us but to be fair Kids hear more than we think they do to be honest, mine have seen me in a few bad days and a few times when I got "Not too well" while we had them and had to send them home, but hey ho we all cope 😎

Well its going to be hard keeping away from folk I remember having them in my late 30's and I had to go to Dr's and he used to check on them I asked why I could come into waiting room and sit with Pregnant woman, kids and old Folk but not go to work (he put me on sick) he just said I need to keep an eye on you?? Doh.

As I do I hate (though we have to) have my bloods taken every four months now I think?, then wait four days before I get confirmation that all is well, its not a good feeling.

I hope you can continue with your treatment and all picks up.
