Am sorry your Dad has been Diagnosed with MM. your Dad has done well getting it found out as soon as he did.

What Hospital is your Dad getting his treatment from (some on here might be in same hospital)
What treatment is your Dad on or going on?

Good Luck to your Dad in his treatment and stay strong for your Mum also.

The One I would advice anyone to phone would be 999 they would be my first call.

Honest Sue please ask anything you feel you need to know more about I know it wont be easy for you but am sure if you feel its important then it is.

Still doing good as far as i can see 😀 , RE the hair thing well I got the Nurse to shave it in Hospital and when I came home I used my Leccie Razor and took it to the bone :-S and kept it like that till it started to grow back, and it was bloomin cold but a good hat sorted that out.

Megan you do right in resting as you will need your strenth when Phil is home (or so my young bride says) get a cleaner in the day before phil is out 😀 save your self for caring (hate that word 🙁 )

I know what you mean when you say you look back each new year, I also do that but I also look forward with baited breath and anticipation 😎 but yet again I still worry during every new pain cough/cold and or ache its normal (or so am told) I also try and shove the MM to the back of my brain with a laugh and a BIG smile, I know it will come to me but I dont know when so in the mean time I will be Onwards and Upwards 😀

We can all look Onwards and Upwards through all the difficult times its hard to smile but it is great 😎

I had an itchy rash after my SCT but it soon settled, I have had exma for many a year in the winter months and as I had SCT in December I was on top of it straight away.
Hope hubby is soon sorted.

Am plased they are sorting out the infection once that has gone its a move closer to home.

Dont worry about the daily postings mit brings back things I forgot in 2009/10 ha ha, this post will help others comming up to or just starting the road to remission, if you can please keep it going.

Am sure it was/is tough for you at anytijme let alone this time of the year, Hugs sent to you ((HUGS))

My Link with MM is I was told in 2009 that I had it went through CTD them stemcell transplant in Dec 2009 and now am drug free, Thanks for asking.

I hope this year you find time to remember the God times and am sure you both had plenty.

My you have done well Phil I never let my stand leave my room Lol, I was still on anti sick tabs (was for a couple of months when got home to be fair)

I was out on my 16th day and even threw up on that day (but dint tell the nurse ((Nawty Tom)) as she might have kept me in )

Keep it going and it will work dont forget No RUSH when you get home still need rest and sleep lots of it.

Hi Helen not to put a damper on your Rechargeable Battery's but my energy levels vary ?? some days I could dig holes for England others I would struggle to hold the shovel let alone use it :-S BUT I have learnt to do a little and often still rest when both my body or my young bride tells me 😀 as she knows me better than I think I know myself.

Alex no rush but just to let you know it is GOOD this end of the tunnel if a bit differant 😎
