Hey Girls as a mere "male" I can only add I was nearly bald before SCT and went Bald then Back to Nearly Bald was my hair brittle/dry ?? I aint a clue (am a male) but Hope you get it sorted and some better answers than I have gave 🙂

Etta am plesed you are starting to feel better, when I was getting better (and I could tell) I used to count the days then the months and each day was getting better (still had the odd off day :-/ but then dont we all 🙂 ) stopped counting the "Good Days" after 6 months and now as am sure you will know am well ready to rock (but mind my back he he)

Stay Well Etta you are doing it all correct (apart from the drinking keep well topped up the three Ltr is a minimum 😉 )

And may I say a well said that Dai 😀 I for one have (nearly) always said throw it at me and stand back and let me Fight it head on. and if that fails find me something that will work I honestly think its head working that HELPS make you better with the pills.

My Stems will be 3 years young this up and coming December 😎 not telling everyone to go on the Vodka Lol but for me it works I dont do a healthy diet, I dont do Exercice but am Happy being "Just Me" 😛

Ha ha Min Lol am sure My Accent Must have come through on my posts ?? would have done if I came from the Emerald Isle as I would be telling myself to "Feck Off" lol.
