Its a shame you have no news on the funding but having a date for the 20th is good then you can ask why?

I was treatment free for about 3 months prior to my transplant starting, and yes i was worried that having No treatment was bad for me but am pleased all went as they told me 🙂 (am just a doubting Thomas 😉 )

Vicki, Colin I had my Transplant in 2009 and still feel tired and really washed out some days I just try and adjust to those weary days.

Welcome am sory to hear your Mum has got MM and had a bad time with CTD I was on that in 2009 it was a struggle to be honest I did 5 sessions that put me into remissin then Stemm Transplant also in 2009 doing good now 😀 I wish your Mum well with the the new treatment but that also might make Mum ill and weary am afraid.

Hi Folks
Well all went well, I got through to the 2 nd Audition and that was done the same day(yesterday) now I have to wait and see if the 2 nd one went as well and more importanly better than the others that have and are due to go. Am Going to see if I can add a couple of photo's from the week end.

We had to pay our own hotel and stuff Helen but Elaine and i treated it like a Holiday (with no insurance he he) we stayed at the "Marriott Hotel Gosforth Park" and it was well worth its Money loved it all the experience is worth its weight in gold so lets hope I get through to the Gold Ticket.

As and when its due again I would advise you to apply the folk from deal were great in making people at ease all afternoon.

Ps I hope the Camera dint put too much weight on me ha ha

Thats great news Alison, give her plenty of Hugs from us all as we know what your Mum has and is going through, but honest it is well worth it Alison.

Is you Mum still taking the anti sickness pills? I was taking them for a few months after My SCT it was worth it.

Am sure John was laid back and am sure all of us with the MM are grumps at times of stress so your John wasn't on his own.

Well that surly isnt your bestest moan?? and as for the weakness I went on sick after my second round of CTD and stayed of for a year I still dont feel a 100 % but am happy with that do as much as you can and rest your body has been poisoned with the drugs, still do as your body tells you and rest when needed but we do need exercice to feel less tired :-S ( i know what I mean?? I hope you do he he)

I have been on a plane many times since my SCT and would do again yes my body is weaker and I get tired but hey I was put on this Land to party and Holiday (work is a bit of a bore)

Eliz Elaine and I are going to newcastle to have fun and it just happens I will have an audition for Deal or No Deal 😛 and whilst I am doing that The Young Bride (Elaine) can swim and take in the grounds of the hotel 🙂
Eve I think I know your sense of Humour am sure it would be ok for after the watershed on telly Lol, but I have two great references that bloomin good I dint know who they were about lolol.
