A Salty Problem

    Hi Min,Platelet count dropped from 138 to 130 during my 10 day rest.
    I am now halfway into my second cycle.
    Other bloods look to be stable so all seems ok.
    They seem happy so who am I to complain?
    Besides I feel ok so I'll settle for that.

    Peters dropped to less than 80 at one point and they said as long as it was up to 50 he was ok, it was not till after his 2nd cycle that he was diagnosed with thrombosis, so they kept a really tight check on it as he was also on blood thinners. Good luck with your velcade, on 3 rd cycle it stopped working for Peter.

    I;ve experienced the salty taste too (I'm on Rev/Dex). It seems to have gone away (for now) – I don't know why it came or why it went!

    My taste buds are totally off altogether and most of my food is tasteless or doesn't taste as it should.
