    Hi everyone

Hope you are all doing well and enjoying the lovely weather:)

Geoff went to clinic on Wednesday for a BMB for the final result of his SCT.

He has decided to stay on the Myeloma XI trial but opt out of maintenance as he has been back at work for 6 weeks and does not want to go back on Chemo. He will just wait and see how it goes. Dr Frewin commented to say that she would be very surprised if he did not have a full remission as his blood count is now 140 ! highest its been since before he was diagnosed!

We are off to the Birmingham Myeloma info day 19 October are any of you going as well?

good wishes to everyone fighting this disease.

    regards

    Jacquie & Geoff 🙂

    PS

Vicki how is Colin doing these days? we are back at EJU 25 Sept

    Hi jacqui,

Glad to hear Geoff doin well!. We are at clinic again in October (9th I think). Overall Colin is doing v well touchwood, except for the bone pain T12 vertebrae has left him with. Doing physio to try and avoid an operation!. He still gets tired but not so much, is back at work full time. We went to Cornwall first time since sct last weekend. Great time but e has tummy bug today so not so great :0). Fingers crossed for a long remission for both Geoff and Colin xxxx
