First treatment DVTd

    Hello
    I just started my DVTd this week and surprisingly I am only scheduled for the velcade and dura injections once a week on a Friday.

    Is this normal,I thought it was twice a week to start with.
    Can’t check with consultant because he’s on holiday and my name nurse won’t say anything without checking with the consultant.

    Hi,
    I was diagnosed in late Aug this year. I am on DVTd and nearly halfway through the 16 weeks of treatment. I give blood on a Monday then have my treatment (two injections) on a Wednesday, so only once a week. Lots of medication taken at home. Hopefully this is helpful
