I'm 57 diagnosed jan10 when I was 56.No symptoms whatsover and problem found in an annual routine blood test in Nov 2009. My pp level was 22 at diagnosis and I started CTD treatment in May 2010 when the level reached 42. I had 6 courses of treatment and had a sct in Jan this year. My level is now 4.I have a son 25 & a daughter 20 who took the shock of cancer very hard as I was well and it was totally out of the blue.It affects the whole family and takes over your life with all the hospital appt and the constant worry about the future and your health. Take one step at a time. I left all the meds to my wife she had a chart from the hospital all I can remember was 38 tabs on the mon! Stay positive I'm trying to and there seems to be a hell of a lot of us diagnosed with this disease that I had never even heard of.
    Take care. Stay health.
    Ozzy.
