Minimum Paraprotein Level to get a successfull SCT – Transplant

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience of having an SCT which was successful (i.e a period of remission of at least a year) even though their induction therapy failed to eliminate or significantly reduce their paraprotein?

    I ask because I am on the Myeloma XII trial and my paraprotein refuses to go below 40 g/L
