    Hi my partner, is in so mush pain with muscle spasm, when he tries to get up .  He has a few fractures in his back , wondering if any one has any tips for pain relief that helps ?

    So sorry for your partner… I don’t think there is to many good tips. One idea I have is distraction. Brain is very specific organ and if you will make him thing about something else it can help. It’s a meditation…

    Hi Scooby.

    I was prescribed tramadol by my GP for my spasms.

    Every day is a gift.
