    Hi all
    Posted this the other day but I think I may have placed it wrong.

    I have been experiencing very bad twitching in my feet and tenderness in my calves,I got some basic tube stretch bandages (tight arm fit) that I put over my feet and going up my legs that help me sleep, simple but effective.
