I've just been allowed out of Hospital after spending 12 days there with raised liver enzyme levels. The figures quoted are 1100 for COG and 450 for CPT, both should be no more than 50 parts per whatever. They do have proper names but need to search them out, these are German abbreviations by the way.

Now the medics here do say that it can be a side effect of the Chemo, I've had PAD so far, or a side effect of an anti viral drug called Famvir. Trouble is, they haven't really gone down. They have carried out a liver biopsy but are not hopeful that it will tell them anything new.

My question is has anyone else had these symptons after a session of Chemo? It would be helpful for us and the medics if we had something to go on.
