I hope you dont mind me posting these links but wanted you all to know of the runs my daughters and I are doing this year. We just want to help a little for the charity and Henry (my husband and their step-dad) who was diagnosed with myeloma on 10 August 2010. I have written several posts on his progress and my ups and downs as a carer. I regularly read out a selection of posts to Henry which he does find comfort in listening to.
