Well not such a good month for mum, Bloods went down to 7.0 so mum has been in hospital for a blood transfusion and a injection to boost her white blood cells.
Also no revlimid just yet because of her bloods and also because its putting a strain on her heart and kidneys. Mum has been at the hospital all day and is now home and resting. We are told that she probably wont feel the benefit of the blood transfusion until tomorrow. So here is hoping mum wakes up tomorrow feeling better in herself.

Nice to hear from you,sorry it is not better news with your mum,how are her lungs,are they any better after the treatment.
It does seem to be one thing after the other,hope she begins to feel better now she has had some blood ,do not know much about revimide except in trials as the other side of CTD.
Hope it works and you can keep your mum positive,and looking to the future Love Eve

Hi and thank you for your replies. Mum was breathless and we were worried that it was her lungs but we now know it was because of her blood levels being low. I spoke to mum last night and she wasnt feeling as breathless. I will speak to her later and hopefully she will feel much better in herself.
