Hi everyone,just a quick update as promised.
Have my 4th and final injection 24th Jan which completes the first cycle.
Side effects to-date have not been too bad albeit it's still early days.
The one main difference is most of the pain has now vacated my body,no doubt that's down to the Dex although I am feeling more tired during the day.
The old mood swings are back again and Chemo brain comes and goes all of which I remember from my last treatment.
I'm keeping a watch out for the main problem of PN&Leg cramps but so-far so good on that score.
I also enquired about Colgate Duraphate 2800 toothpaste which the Hospital are going to arrange as it's on prescription only.

Hi Keith great to hear everything is going well . Dex is a monster but it generally does the trick and its wonderful when the pain goes away . Fingers crossed your remaining cycles go as smoothly . love Bridget
