Hi Teresa,
Cotswolds are picture box lovely. The forest of Dean is more rustic as it was mining community (now long gone). She'll love it. Beautiful here at the moment. The good weather can lift the spirits.
I agree if they could just find that drugs to control this condition, like diabetes that would be great.Col is on day 15 of his cycle…[Read more]

Ann, write down your questions now. When you get there they will all be forgotten!
Dex affects people differently, myself I could not sleep the night I took it; I would stay up all night watching videos(I use earphones ? so as not to wake the wife), answering or putting questions on this website and/or playing on my computer. I also felt…[Read more]

Perkymite replied to the topic A question………difficuties with leg movementsL in the forum General 13 years, 3 months ago
Hi Peggy, I have something similar, I am not sure when it started, although not as bad as you. My left leg tends to go out to the left slightly and my right does not come all the way forward when walking. This only happens on odd occasions but it does make me very unsteady some times. I had thought of using a walking stick but at the moment I…[Read more]

Hi David
Funny you should mention the high incidence. I thought. That when I saw several on here, including us from the west country!By the way, took your advice and got out and about in the forest of Dean and Cotswolds. Again not too far from us. We enjoyed it. Getting braver and who knows might gather farther afield…..
Best of wishes and…[Read more]

Good Going Dia, just keep up the good work.
I had a similar situation many moons ago now with my blood test results. So I altered when I had my blood taken from a couple of days, that I was told to do, to 5 clear working days before. Now I know all my results will be available and I always ask, good news or bad it does not matter ? they are…[Read more]

Hi pilgrim,
My partner Colin was diagnosed last october 2011 with mm. It's a real shame you've had no support from your Gp, colins has been brilliant from the start, however once the consultant is in place they are reluctant to offer advice but will listen and be supporting, or should be!
I'm always hesitant to say what is significant or not…[Read more]

The Geraniums I have planted in the garden look good, nice colour. The ones I have left outside my greenhouse, were smaller plants and a couple are looking a bit distressed (leaves go red), so I think I was rather early. I normally wait for the council to plant their borders and then do mine in the same week But for some wierd reason I decided…[Read more]
