Hi Nicki,
I am about a month behind Sam, I had my STC early Dec, and I could take your post, alter the names and it would be the same for me, even down to the hair. My mousy brown hair is now black. Mo wants me to grow it a bit on top, I normally keep is short. I think she has got a thing about curly headed men (she has never mentioned it…[Read more]

I had dogs at the time. I was just about to inject myself when my Collie and Springer came bounding into the kitchen, distracted by the dogs I carried on with the injection but afterwards I just thought I did not have the same amount to inject. I think I accidentally squirted some out without realising it and therefore I only got a small dose.…[Read more]

As for collecting the Stem Cells my first attempt was a dismal failure. I then had to wait about 6 months for a second go. I put my failure down to a mess up on the CSG(?) injections on the last night.…[Read more]

Why do supermarkets make the sick walk all the way to the back of the store to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.

You know Angelina I found your post quite moving (and I do not mean Bowel wise). You are clearly working so hard to support John. I can only wish you the very best.
Velcade is something I have to look forward to apparently, I just hope the Medical Profession has read Dai's post and taken note of Tom's >:-( .

I have worked out, from various symptoms, I have had Myeloma since 2007. I have had a Stem Cell Transplant.

Kevin came across to me through this site as one of the "Good Guys" and therefore I know he will be missed by all. Use the memories of the many good times you had to get through this dark time. Dig out a memory of him rolling with laughter and fix on it, I am sure you will find he is…[Read more]
