I agree it was a great match kept us on the edge of our seatrs until the last kick I think they should give drogba a new contract he came into football quite late so he should be good for another season didnt see the west ham match as we havnt got sky but I am glad they are up Sam allerdyce is a good manager and he has proved it

Its ok to cry your life has been turned upside down Why me! I am still asking that I still cry sometimes, mostly at night that seems to be the darkest times
you are still young and there are now so many new treatment being discoved my consultant is hopeful that in the not to distant future MM will become a chronic illness that can be managed we keep our fingers crossed for that if you can find a MM support group near where you live it is so helpful to go to meetings with other people in the same situation I live in Hertfordshire we have one in Welwyn garden city Chin up

sorry Franks results were not good this time but I think deep down you might have been expecting it with all the rib pain he has been having
CDT will probably stop you going abroad but you could probably get short breaks here but he will have to be careful of infections as for gin and tonics I had them all the time only one a day but he doesnt have to give them up completely but you will have to drive a the thalidomide can make you feel quite drunk with alchohol The best way for me when taking DEX was with some yogurt in the morning as 20 tablets at a time is a lot

I agree they dont give up at the first hurdle in america they try and get over what they call blips I think in this country to many doctors are tinkering around the edge where in america they are much more focused on myeloma and specialise much more

Yes TOM the heating is on I am used to the injections as i had to go on insulin for my diabeties as i could no longer take the tablets and thats twice a day
David I have got some geraniums in the green house but still not sure wether to plant them out or not we had a light frost yesterday
Jean I will keep my fingers crossed for Frank tomorrow lets hope all will be ok
Scott I hope you have a great holiday in spain I can confirm the palarvour but it is worth it I think EPO will be twice a week for me to start then if that seems ok back to once a week or so they say hope your kidneys are hanging in there mine are still just about ok

Ouch ouch ouch I hate having the bone marrows had four so far and hate it every time I also have renal failure they say I will have to start on EPO not had it yet but my ferritin is very high now so its not good to keep giving me blood my blood pressure seems to go up and down I call it white coat sindrome keep well

hi welcome to the forum not something you would want to do but welcome have you started chemo yet or are they just monitoring you. You will get so much help and support here and a solution to a lot of your questions dont forget Myeloma uk help line they are so good and will give you good advice
