as you know from post some people struggle, when you are in this position it is not very nice!!!!!.
There is an old saying (who wants to live till there 90,the person who is 89) so I do not think it is different what ever your age,I think you are very lucky!!!

It must be good news that the MM isn't in your Dad's bones as this is what causes everyon with it so much pain, and because of your Dad's other difficulties would be very difficult to get under control.

So glad your out of hospital,do not worry about the emotional side .
Just take things slowly and try to do a little bit more each day,if you feel tired give into it your body knows best in this case,you will get on your feet again,just takes sometime.:-)

I am the same,if i do not eat Slim will not eat,hence the weight gain.
