Which hospital are you attending, Janet?
One of our members might already have scoped them out and be able to give you the lowdown on where the yellow lines are.

Welcome to the forum, Tom, though I know from your profile you have been visiting for a while already it is good to see you posting and be able to say Hi!
All my best wishes for good walking weather on the days.
Have you decided which part of the route to do or are you planning on attempting to do the whole circuit?

It was recommended last year as "required viewing" on one of the low carb support boards I visit, but I had lost the link to it.
I don't quite manage the whole 3 dinner plates of veg she recommends but do eat probably half that amount most days, and coupled with my last 9 years following the Atkins way of…[Read more]

Dai
I hope you are going to put music to those lyrics ?
It reminds me a bit of the Irish rebel songs of the sixties, believe it or not the forces use to listen to them too.
Hope to hear it to music soon Love Eve

Like everyone else i send you my heart felt sympathy. I am so glad Phil had such a dignified end and that all the family could share.
Be kind to yourself in the days ahead and take help from wherever it is offered. It is natural to be sad, and to fall to pieces from time to time.
