many many thanks to you all who have replied to both my posts. Its really reassuring to hear from people out there who are actually going through it.I'm sure in the future there are going to be lots of times I need you all.
I'm really impressed with the Forum and all the practical tips and advice that's out there. I know from past experience that although the medics are often very good in their own way, they haven't experienced it, and don't know the practicalities and realities of an illness and what little things can often make a big difference.
Tom in answer to your question, unfortunately my sister died earlier this year, unfortunately she had a stroke, and in the end nature took its course.
