Yes Anti Sick Pills as often as you can have them make sure you always have them Etta, and forgot "Mouthwash" use it everytime you go to the bathroom and when you fell "Just fed up" take a walk to the bathroom and use the mouth wash when its empty they will give you some more 😎

Your welcome and I should add that it was all pain free (cept the BMB) cant recall any pain with all other bits. but it is a bit uphill to fight it during SCT but you will do it as I said mine 09 and now drug free 😎 that tells me it was/is well worth it
