    I am so sorry that you are unable to get the help you need. After gordon died the local hospice offered me councilling i threw it in bin, me need help pah! Stupid stupid me.It maybe worthwhile contacting your local hospice, they are supposed to help the likes of you and me.

    Tom said it you have been through the wars,and with the determination to walk again,I would say you are doing great,its a big thing,my hubby was lucky he had no compression of the spine,but a fair amount of bone damage.

    Thanks again for all your wishers,yes I did over do it a teeny bit!!!,i had Slims share as he does not enjoy a drink!!!.
    He over did it by not resting enough,found all this energy,and paid the price on Sunday after the walk,has been sleeping most of the day and night,making up for not sleeping well on Velcade.
    2 week of 5 cycle this week.

    Stephen's second auto SCT did not take He has now been put on RCD (as above)

    Has anybody else had this? If so how did you get on? What were the side effects? etc

    I am dreading the dexatude. Although the dose is lower this time the short temper is bubbling a little bit.

    I hope you are in that motor home very soon It sounds as though Slim is improving well so you may be off on your travels quite soon.

    We are off to France for the first time in a year mid November (Brrrr!!)
    We are very excited but wonder what we will be walking into in our old house
