Hi Tina trapped wind is awful so painful!! Try peppermint cordial with freshly boiled water and rink it as hot as you can You might have to look in the drinks department at supermarket or an off-licence as its not so popular as it was Good luck hope it works it does for me love Bridgetxx

I realised years ago that I sounded more and more like my mum, although Idont want to end up saying the strange things she does since her stroke!! Hi Ian swollen ankles does sound like water retention , worth getting it checked out. I always get swollen ankles and calves when on Dex or Prednisalone . Ferusamide tablets are used to get rid of excess water and you should put your feet up as high as possible when sitting, doesnt mean you get to bew fed peeled grapes though!!
