    I suffered with PTSD and the councelling I got from a variety of people was not as good as the advice I got to write it all down. In doing so it is very cathartic purging of the emotions.     We were told that the vecade is made up specifically for each patient and that the shelf life was only a few hours so once it came up on to the ward there could not. Be any delay.

    Hope it gets easier the more frequently you do it, I started doing it for peter then I did one bad one that hurt and he did it himself after that. Did they remember to give you a sharps box to put them in we had to ask for one!.

    Peter died so suddently and unexpectedly there was no time for any final words as he and I imagined he would be comming home.
    He said before he went into hospital that he had no intention of leaving yet but it wasnt to be.
    That and having to agree to switch of the life support machine was what has made life so difficult.
