I had a great recent journey with United Airlines LHR Terminal The process proceeded quite well because the terminal was neat, well-maintained, and easy to use. All of the staff were polite and accommodating; they kept everything in order and answered all of my questions. The check-in process was swift. The lines went rather smoothly, and the security procedure was well-structured. I had good access to the seats in the waiting area. I especially loved the amazing food and shopping options. The gate crew made the boarding process quick and simple and paid close attention to every detail. I would be thrilled to take another United flight from LHR!
