Get first defence from chemist. We use it at the first sign of cold, sore throat – really anything. also use it when we are flying. I asked our doctor about it and he said it was good to use it. We ding it good.

I can understand how you are feeling. Frank has not starte d treatment yet. His bloods on Thursday were not too good and he has to go back on Wednesday for more. I also had two spells in Hospital in early days with infection's and here i am SCT in Dec 209 and sat here healthy (if not wealthy Lol) and doing great.

The best place for us when not on top of the MM is Hospital as we get stronger drugs that work faster than the take home ones ?
