    Sorry to hear that you are feeling down. My husband has MM and when diagnosed I went to pieces. It was organised for me to see a counsellor through Action Cancer. I went and it was a disaster.     As for exersice I love a walk and bought myself a new Bike (i know i spoil myself:-D ) and my Dr said it was Ok as long as I dint do mountain climbing with it lol.

    Iam so sorry to hear about David its such a shame to lose some one to this Bloody MM.

    Please dont beat yourself up over wether you should or should not have started the treatment as you know David was a fighter and wanted to do his best to beat it.
