Dia
you always manage to put into words what many of us are thinking and are not able to put into print as well as you do. There will always be dark days but we should be able to put our shoulders back and face the world never give up,we must fight to live not give in and die;-)

Hi Bridget
So very sorry to read of your rotten news. You are most certainly allowed a good long rant because I know having read your posts over recent months that the minute your short lived (by my standards) rant is over you will brace up, buckle down or whatever expression suits and once again face whatever you have to with determination and…[Read more]

Thank you Dai – perfect.
Do you think it would be good to hear from people who are enjoying some of the ·good new· times or perhaps setting themselves a goal, big or small and how they get on? It would certainly help keep me motivated in trying to achieve my own little ·daily/weekly etc. goals. It can´t be all doom and gloom or this stupid ill…[Read more]

Hi Julie
Glad to hear you are stable.
I am curious to know if you feel spending a lot of time in a sunny climate helps with some of the effects of MM? We lived in Spain until three years ago when we had to return to England as we had an elderly mother who was beginning to need care. However, we are now in a position whereby we could spend…[Read more]

hi Eve
At UCH they offer the injections which go just under the skin subcutainsly
(sorry wrong spelling i am a terrible speller) I know two people who are having it that way it has much less side effects and much easier to administer you should look it up I know you are good at doing that
Regards to Slim
