Thank you Rabbit, my husband is/was also very fit, playing footy 2 x a week at 53 years of age, however we are 3 months in and treatment has taken its toll on his energy which is resulting in weight/muscle loss. He is keen to exercise (non impact) but energy is super low although it does seem to be improving. We will keep walking, eating well and hopefully things will improve as he loves cycling/walking etc.,

Thanks again for your insight, this forum is super helpful.

Thank you Rabbit that is helpful, one more question did you re-engage your fitness journey whilst having treatment or only when in remission.

Hi My husband was diagnosed on 17th July and has been having DVTD treatment weekly, on diagnosis his kappa light chains were 6000, they have now reduced to 2600 and his acute kidney injury is recovering from
an efgr of 6% to our most recent blood result of 47%, SCT has been suggested after he completes 4 cycles, super nervous about this has anyone had a similar experience in high light chains on diagnosis, and if so have you had SCT. Thx
