Hi. I’m on the RADAR XV trial and thankfully had a stringent complete response to the stem cell transplant with negative MRD. I have completed 32 cycles of Isatuximab as the only maintenance treatment but the side effects are lasting longer and have become worse. The latest cycle has been particularly bad and my consultant has given me a two week break. I’m thinking of stopping treatment and as far as I know to date, I’m still in remission. Has anyone else had Isatuximab as the sole treatment for this length of time, or even longer? Or did anyone else have to stop?
